Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction Second Session will be held in Geneva, Switzerland from the 16th June 2009 to the 19th June 2009.The goal of the Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction, as the main body of the strengthened ISDR system, is to sustain world-wide momentum to build the resilience of nations and communities to disasters.
